Role Overview:
The Account Executive I (Real Estate Acquisition Specialist) will focus heavily on prospecting with our 10-line dialer that makes it incredibly easy to get connected to opportunities, as well as following up with appointments set for you daily and working with hot, inbound leads. Your primary responsibility will be identifying property owners who are eager to sell and negotiating favorable terms for both parties. This position requires a blend of out-of-the-box thinking, sharp communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and the well-being of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on appointments set for you daily, as well as work with hot, inbound leads.
- Power dialing a list of leads from a 10-line dialer (Making it very easy to prospect).
- Identify property owners who are looking to sell and negotiate favorable terms.
- Think creatively to solve challenges and find the best solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with business and customer contacts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Manage your pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Diligently follow up with clients, documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Educate potential clients on how we can assist them and explain our process.
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve client service and satisfaction.
- Identify and report any client concerns to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients from initial contact to closing.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets, consistently closing deals.
- Accurately document client information in CRM at the end of each day.
- Provide consistent follow-up with all qualified prospects.
- Keep sales stats and pipeline updated daily to track progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume sales, especially in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to client needs.
- Adaptability to new sales processes, technologies, and strategies.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.
- A passion for helping others and building lasting relationships.
Location:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lakeview in Chicago, Illinois.
Schedule:
- Full-time, flex hours, 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Salary:
- Base salary of $25,000 to $50,000 annually (based on experience) for 6 months to ease your transition while you build a pipeline at DPA. After 6 months the position would be 100% commission only.
- OTE: $115,000 - $175,000 in the first year and $165,000 - $350,000+ in the second year.
Work Location:
- In-person/On-site at our Lakeview office (Chicago, IL 60657).
