- Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission
The Account Executive has a critical role in our Real Estate Sales team. This is a collaborative role with support from the Marketing, Analytics, Planning, and Customer Success teams. The Account Executives are ‘the closers,’ pitching and selling Captivate’s network of screens and a suite of products to property owners and building managers. You are the driver of your own success. You have excellent in-person and online presentation skills and have proven success in problem-solving, negotiation, and closing business deals. What You’ll Do
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for assigned territories that executes against a high-revenue growth target
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and proactively source cold leads
- Develop and nurture outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage an extensive portfolio of assigned accounts within your territory
- Plan and execute against a revenue target for a portfolio of clients and prospects
- Achieve and surpass annual sales goals, including generating new business and re-signing previous clients
What You Bring
- Experience working in Commercial Property Management, Leasing, or the supplier sector, selling to property managers and owner groups. An existing book of real estate clients/contacts (property managers, asset managers, etc.) preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving & exceeding quarterly/annual performance goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated B2B relationships
- A willingness to travel and work on a high-performing team of business development professionals
- Expertise at representing Captivate in a compelling, strategic facet at outside events and trade shows
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce CRM preferred
