Job Description: This position requires a proactive, charismatic communicator who is driven to serve customers and the community amid challenging circumstances such as fire, flood, or storm. Paul Davis Restoration ERCs are some of the first people onsite after a loss. ERC's work with property owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders to provide the highest quality of care as owners transition from chaos to calm.

Job Qualifications (Required Skills):
- At least two (2) years of experience in outside sales. *Experience in restoration or construction industries is strongly preferred.
- Must be a self-starter who will utilize training and independent research to become an expert in explaining the restoration process and the company's services in a professional and organized manner.
- Must be able to empathize and identify customer needs amid difficult circumstances involving property damage and personal loss.
- Must be a creative strategist who is continually identifying ways to market and sell company services to reach revenue goals.
- This position requires a person who thrives under high-stress situations and transform difficult circumstances into positive solutions.
- Proficiency in networking and involvement in relevant community and industry organizations is imperative.
- Ability to promote and adapt to technological innovation is key.
- Professionalism in dress, appearance, and demeanor is imperative as ERCs represent Paul Davis Restoration in the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary, based on experience, plus quarterly bonus structure.
- Ten (10) days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
