As an Account Manager for the rebate processing and contact center, you are responsible for ensuring the rebate processing, contact center, and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice to internal clients. This includes relaying key program changes, providing progress updates, ensuring reporting is accurate and complete, monitoring contractual requirements to ensure compliance, presenting new innovations, and helping develop and drive process improvements. Key success factors in this role are effective communication, building trust, and helping projects deliver results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent internal written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to be persistent.
- Represent CLEAResult professionally and uphold CLEAResult ideals when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Make compelling arguments in promoting ICS services or innovative offerings.
- Apply Project Management Fundamentals – Organization, Coordination, Time Management, Problem/Project Ownership.
- Ensure the success of services and assistance provided to internal teams.
- Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning program implementation, including staffing adjustments, process improvements, training needs, reporting, etc.
- Negotiate between multiple teams with potentially competing requests to ensure successful delivery of agreed-upon services.
- Demonstrate agility and creative problem-solving to solve problems collaboratively.
- Ensure adherence to protocols, including using CLEAResult systems, documents, and tools.
- Work with department team members to ensure departments meet program goals and deliverables are met.
- Identify, and escalate issues or areas of concern for program or department performance to the appropriate managers or supervisors, and develop and implement strategies to address those issues or areas of concern.
- Thorough understanding of CLEAResult program designs, workflows, and strategies.
Education and Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Target Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 / annually
Compensation Range
$59,500.00 - $89,200.00
