As a Account Executive at MintLeads, you will be responsible for closing deals and driving our future growth engine by signing new contracts with business owners. You will execute world-class discovery, value selling, closing tactics, negotiation, and forecasting strategies. Weβre looking for an ambitious, early career Account Executive to join our growing revenue team, working with business owners by helping them generate higher-quality leads. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your closing talents by uncovering mission-critical business needs and enabling customers to help them achieve record growth. You will report directly to the MintLeads Head of Sales and become part of a growing revenue organization well-positioned to dominate the lead generation landscape.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer logo acquisition.
- Identify and close net-new sales opportunities within target accounts using a consistent and repeatable sales process.
- Execute proficient discovery calls with target personas.
- Conduct sales presentations in person and virtually to communicate our value proposition.
- Quickly comprehend MintLeads value proposition and demonstrate an ability to share customer success stories.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to increase conversion rates and find new ways to expand current markets and open up new ones.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and daily standups.
- You will run a strict pipeline management process and update the team weekly on deal progress/setbacks.
- Provide a detailed feedback loop between the SDR and AE teams to improve the quality of the conversations and drive better meeting outcomes.
- Use and maintain Hubspot to keep data accurate.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience running consultative sales motions.
- You are passionate about lead generation and marketing.
- Experience selling into marketing persona preferred.
- This position is local to Atlanta preferred, but exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing revenue targets.
- Candidates must demonstrate how they can execute closing strategies and processes.
- Must have experience in contract negotiation techniques.
- A high level of interest in marketing and lead generation.
- Expert storyteller.
