Compensation: Salary base - $80,000 - $115,000

Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities in the multifamily, student housing, senior living and mixed-use real estate industry. This position will report to the Chief Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold-calling, and online research
- Place 40-60 calls daily to generate consistent weekly discovery meetings
- Present Catalyst services confidently and prepare tailored proposals
- Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer to meet weekly activity goals and revenue targets
- Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and prospects during pre-client and onboarding phases
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for tracking and reporting
- Attend industry conferences for networking and opportunity building
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consultative selling, preferably in a services-oriented company
- Proven track record of revenue growth with a closure rate of over 40% of proposals pitched
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to make 40-60 cold calls per day
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and hunger to learn
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the multifamily or student housing industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with property management software
- Demonstrated creativity in developing new business opportunities
