To join our team as an Account Manager! You will act as a representative to the customer's organization. Establishes and builds relationships in the local MA lenders market. Manages and promptly resolves lender concerns. Records, tracks customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures. Verifies incentive requests and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete. Manages participation details, trains on program requirements, and communicates program changes. Develops strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. Works with internal teams and Program Administrators to drive progress and increase program participation. Supports annual Lender RFQ process.

- Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for one or more programs. Responsible for larger, moderate risk, and complex accounts.
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to lenders; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.
- Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
- Travel throughout a defined territory with a Larger geographic impact or mix of low and high-tier client impact.

Target Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test andmaintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
Compensation Range
$65,800.00 - $98,700.00
Salary
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
