To join our team as an Account Manager. Responsible for developing relationships with a closed network of distributors while creating an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient upgrades. The Account Manager will conduct outreach, attend events, and conduct training as needed. Also responsible for managing submitted distributor applications and assisting participants through the program process.

- Recruit, train, educate, and develop relationships with program participants to encourage effective use of programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business program offerings.
- Support distributors through the upload and submission process.
- Process submitted uploads utilizing a documented processes.
- Attend events, and support coordination and presentations of program materials.
- Coordinate with team members on project verification requirements.
- Work in cooperation with other program allies to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
- Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.
- Travel throughout a designated territory for onsite meetings.
In addition, you will have…
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Account Management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Target Compensation....
$60,000 - $71,000 depending on experience.
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test andmaintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
