About the Role
Mainshares is seeking an SDR to scale our outbound efforts for growing Mainshares’ ecosystem through channel partners. As an SDR, you will focus your efforts on increasing the number of operators and investors on Mainshares through identifying, qualifying and onboarding channel partners to our ecosystem.
This role involves experimenting with various outreach cadences, channels and positioning to maximize growth. Your feedback will shape our go-to-market strategy, meaning you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product.
This role will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Mainshares' products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Scope, prioritize and generate lead lists for various types of channel partners for Mainshares
- Execute on proactive outreach campaigns (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn)
- Engage with prospective partners via phone or Zoom
- Own in-take of referrals, explaining the Mainshares platform and helping users get onboarded
- Nurture existing channel partnerships through newsletters, 1:1 check-ins and webinars
Requirements
- Experience in high velocity outbound sales, constantly iterating on your process, messaging and channels
- You’ve previously managed ongoing relationships, understanding how to nurture and stay top-of-mind
- High attention to detail – you’re meticulous with organization and prioritization of your time
- Ability to break down and effectively communicate complex topics
- You are more hardcore than most of your peers and are looking for a mission to throw yourself behind
