The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Process and assist with incoming agency mail.
- Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, copying, and fed ex mailings as needed.
- Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes.
- Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Work thru and monitor a daily task list.
- Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
- Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training.
Qualifications:
- High school or bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Punctual, Reliable and Organized
- Detail oriented & organized with documents, procedures, and work environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task and take direction.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to work with team members or independently
