The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position,with the possibility of working remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed
- Knowledge of carrier online rating systems a must.
- Experience with small businesses a must.
- At least 4 years experience preferred.
- Ability to speak Russian would be a HUGE plus.
