In the U.S. alone, over 30 million patients per year are prescribed care via paper and fax. The ordering process is long, complicated, and yields an 83% error rate. Discharges are delayed, patients are stuck in care facilities, and often readmitted shortly thereafter if they do not receive the life-saving products they need.
The world is transitioning to digital ordering. At Parachute Health, we’re leading the charge with a platform that is 10 times faster than the status quo. We connect with major hospitals, payors, and suppliers of life-saving products. Our vision of a "delightfully simple" digital ordering experience for clinicians pushes us forward to transforming the world of post-acute care.
Founded in New York City, Parachute Health is the leading post-acute software platform with a network of over 3,000 supplier locations and 370,000 clinicians across 60,000 healthcare facilities across all 50 states. We help millions of patients each year access medical equipment, supplies and services they need quickly and reliably.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for helping to educate prospective customers on the benefits of digitizing their business, ultimately leading to them joining the platform. You will pitch and demonstrate our product to management teams, lead them through the contracting process, and work to generate leads to ensure your pipeline is full. You will act as the starting point for our partners’ journey on the Parachute Health platform, allowing them to not only improve their businesses but most importantly enhance patient care.

- Host demos for our partners, including for end users and management teams, to showcase our functionality and get them excited about being a partner.
- Run contracting processes with management teams to get their Parachute journey started.
- Place outbound phone calls to prospective Home Medical Equipment (DME) supplier partners to educate them on the Parachute Platform and get them to book demos.
- Listen to management/users’ product feedback to highlight the pros/cons of the product and flag feedback internally for continual improvement.
- Work with Marketing and other Supplier Sales team members to drive leads, gather relevant data about prospects, and
- develop materials that effectively show our partners the value of the Parachute Platform.
- Provide excellent ongoing service through empathy, active listening skills, resourcefulness, and a desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Supplier Partners.
