Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals, identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, sales engineers, and customer service representatives, providing coaching and training to develop their skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage effective sales processes, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and sales forecasting, using sales metrics to track activities and analyze performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales leadership and management
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in sales software and tools
- Ability to travel as needed (Up to 30%)
