How You’ll Make an Impact
The Business Development, Senior Manager, Data Sales for TMTT, (Travel, Tech/Telco & Media), will be a key driver of Epsilon’s growth in exciting, high-potential markets. You'll spearhead the identification and acquisition of new clients across the Travel, Tech/Telco, and Media industries, developing tailored data-driven solutions to address clients' specific marketing needs. You’ll report to the Vice President, Business Development.
As a Business Development, Senior Manager, Data Sales, you will be a visionary leader who will pioneer Epsilon’s position as a trusted data partner for emerging market brands. You’ll shape the future of data-driven marketing in these dynamic regions by building a thriving client base and directly contributing to Epsilon’s growth. You'll embrace innovation and be at the forefront of Epsilon’s cutting-edge data-driven marketing solutions, helping businesses harness the power of data to achieve their goals.

Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience exceeding sales targets in a senior sales role, preferably within the data or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the unique marketing needs of the Travel & Tech/Telco industries.
- Ability to develop winning sales strategies, navigate complex sales cycles, and persistently pursue high-value opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in data sales, including identifying and closing deals.
- Deep understanding of consumer and transactional data applications for marketing and ability to translate complex solutions into compelling presentations for senior audiences.
- Passion for continuous improvement and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate favorable deals and close sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
