We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join OneCrew’s quickly growing team. You’ll play an instrumental role in leading new revenue growth and work directly with our leadership team on sales strategy.
Note: Our team is based in San Francisco, but we expect this role to be remote with 5-20% of time spent traveling.

OneCrew is a B2B SaaS company modernizing subcontractor operations. OneCrew is the operating system for contractors connecting end-to-end management all in one intuitive platform.
We launched the OneCrew platform in November 2022 and have rapidly built a customer base spanning the US and Canada. With a product that’s a game-changer not just an upgrade, we've sparked something meaningful and need someone (you!) to come pour more fuel on the fire. As we look to the next phase of OneCrew, we are building our sales team to scale our customer base and not just sell a product but drive change across an industry.
Our lean, dynamic team led by the co-founding CEO (ex-Bain) and CTO (ex-Google) is excited to continue to grow and deliver industry-changing solutions. We’re backed by venture capital and industry investors and have built an advisor group consisting of industry leaders, Construction SaaS experts, and successful former founders.
What you’ll do
- Build pipeline through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, industry events)
- Conduct effective discovery with leads to identify critical pain points that OneCrew can solve
- Lead demos of OneCrew to validate impact and ROI while working to close
- Collaborate with our CEO and sales team peers to continuously improve our sales processes and ensure success for the whole team
- Manage and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting
- Represent OneCrew at industry events and as a trusted advisor to potential customers
- Help maintain a high bar of performance and culture for OneCrew’s sales organization

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a full cycle AE responsible for everything from pipeline building to closing (other sales and/or marketing experience a plus)
- Experience with high-velocity SaaS sales cycles
- Experience selling software to SMB and/or “blue-collar” businesses is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
