Inside Sales Manager - Plano

A Inside Sales Manager at Capital One leads, manages, and motivates a small team of Relationship Managers (Credit Buyers) by guiding them to succeed, thus allowing them to meet and exceed their loan origination performance objectives. This role monitors and grants credit exceptions in accordance with the Capital One policy and within the confines of individual credit level authority. Additionally, once a part of the Capital One team, you will provide training, coaching, and guidance to ensure effective understanding and adherence to all essential sales processes.
In addition to providing management oversight to the team, the Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for directly managing a territory of dealers. Here, the Inside Sales Manager has primary responsibility for driving business results with a defined set of dealers through ongoing relationship building and through the negotiation and decisioning of submitted applications.

- Ownership of the team’s recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of associate talent.

- Foster a collaborative team by demonstrating transparent communications across the team by holding regular group and one on one meetings.
- Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance
- 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $132,800 - $151,600 for Inside Sales Manager (ISAF50)
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
