About the Position
As the Sales Lead, you will take charge of driving our company’s commercial success by integrating sales, growth & operations, and customer success into a unified strategy. This role requires a hands-on approach, directly engaging with customers to close deals, while building scalable systems to drive sustainable growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and driving revenue generation.
This is a customer-facing position, requiring exceptional sales skills, strategic leadership, and operational expertise to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales pipeline, including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals with healthcare providers and organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and actionable insights.
- Oversee the customer lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
You’ll excel in this role if
- You have 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, business development, or customer success in a healthtech startup.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams across sales, operations, and customer success.
- You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- You’re results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- You can manage complex, long sales cycles, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
- Bonus:Experience in healthcare or medtech industries, engaging with clinical stakeholders and navigating regulated environments.
- Familiarity with post-FDA launch processes and market entry strategies for regulated industries.
