We’re building a Copilot for accountants and financial analysts, an AI assistant so powerful that you’ll become a 10x better strategic partner. We use LLMs to capture the business context that accountants and financial analysts need to tell the story behind the numbers.
Current Truewind customers are unlocking efficiencies in their accounting operations and new financial insights. Out platform is used by top tier accounting firms including EisnerAmper and Frank Rimerman, as well as over a hundred fast-growing businesses. Truewind is a Y- Combinator veteran and just raised a Series A round backed by leading investors like Thomson Reuters Ventures, Rho Capital, & Pathlight.
What you will be doing
- Meet and exceed quarterly bookings targets from expansion of existing customers and net new customer acquisitions
- Develop and execute a pipeline development plan to drive 4:1 quarterly and annual pipeline to quota coverage
- Elevate Truewind’s visibility at large Accounting Firms and Enterprises, and communicate our value proposition with Partners, CIOs, VP and C-Suite executives
- Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to relay customer needs, pain points, and experiences to drive product strategy
What excites us
- 3+ years of closing sales experience at a technology company and experience closing contracts with minimum $50k+ ACV
- Experience managing a consultative sales cycle with VPs, Directors, & C-Level executives
- Highly organized & autonomous
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Experience selling accounting, finance, AI, or a technical product is a huge plus
- Have experience running the full sales cycle including strong qualification, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, dealing with procurement, and customer success
- Are familiar with HubSpot and sales prospecting tools
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Annual base salary range
$80,000—$110,000 USD
Truewind strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for San Francisco-based candidates is above. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
Hybrid in San Francisco
We are building an in-person culture in San Francisco in the heart of SoMa, 5 minute walk from the San Francisco Caltrain Station. The core leadership team will be together in San Francisco several days a week, making strategic decisions everyday to build the Copilot for Accountants.
