We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Info Call Specialist to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients through our informational and sales calls. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to understand more about their options for divorce and the services that Hello Divorce offers. This position is designed not only to manage the current sales pipeline but also to evolve into a managerial role, where you will lead sales strategies, optimize conversion rates, and oversee the sales team's performance.
No prior legal or divorce-related experience is required—just a willingness to support people with empathy and information. We will provide training and all necessary resources to ensure your success in the role.

Responsibilities:
You will help us with the following:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by guiding potential clients through our service offerings and converting leads into customers.
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients at Hello Divorce
- Conduct free 15-minute informational and sales calls to educate potential clients about the divorce process and how Hello Divorce can assist them.
- Understand and communicate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to encourage engagement.
- Master objection handling techniques to address potential client concerns and guide them toward an informed decision.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to team revenue goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up strategically via email and phone to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Answer live chats from potential and current customers during your scheduled hours.
- As you grow into the role, assist in developing a scalable sales framework, refining scripts, optimizing the sales funnel
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain Hello Divorce’s brand voice by providing empathetic, clear, and helpful support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-pressure or competitive fields (such as team athletics) is highly desirable as it demonstrates resilience, a drive for excellence, and a proven ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer service role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Management experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a strong phone presence.
- After training, ability to explain the divorce process and find answers within team resources.
- Quiet home/work area to take calls without distractions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to set boundaries.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is preferred but not required.
- Strong ambition to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team in a future managerial role.
- Willingness to learn about the divorce process and a genuine interest in helping others.
Position Details:
- Part-time, with the opportunity to grow
- Starting at 15 hours/week, with potential to increase to 30-40 hours/week in the coming months
- Shift availability:
- Shifts are 4 hours long - Usually between:
- 8 AM – 6 PM PT on weekdays
- 10 AM – 2 PM PT on weekends
- Applicants should have at least four shifts per week available for scheduling
- Applicants with weekend availability will be given preference.
