About the Role:
Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our dynamic post-sale team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working with top eCommerce brands.
As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio, you’ll handle client requests, reporting, and data analysis. You’ll also contribute to campaign execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs.
- Campaign Execution: Set up and optimize marketing campaigns, including SMS, email, and onsite strategies in the Wunderkind platform.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering) to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Presentation & Strategy Support: Assist in creating data-driven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support initiatives, troubleshoot campaign issues, and drive outcomes.
- Product Feedback & Testing: Participate in testing new features and supporting special projects or pilot programs.
Responsibilities and Level of Effort (LOE)
Data Reporting & Analysis (40%)
- Pull and analyze performance data from internal reporting tools and google analytics to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain custom reports tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build compelling decks and presentations to effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Campaign Ideation & Execution (30%)
- Facilitate with the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high analytical standards.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Analytics teams to deploy campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations for maximum impact.
- Monitor platform performance and client KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed client documentation, including performance reports, action plans, and feedback summaries.
Project Management (30%)
- Assist with maintaining project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Engineering, to manage project workflows efficiently.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Track progress against milestones, adjusting plans and timelines as necessary to accommodate evolving priorities.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and updates.
- Manage documentation and reporting related to project execution and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator: Ability to convey insights clearly through written and verbal communication, including presentations and reports.
- Detail-oriented & organized: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring campaign accuracy.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, and drawing logical conclusions.
- Curious & eager to learn: Excited to build expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign execution.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email/SMS marketing tools) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience or previous internship in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
- Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
