The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Jasper, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Assignment of a book of business to serve in conjunction with a Commercial Producer.
- Working with customer requests.
- Processing renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other service related items.
- Updating of agency management system.
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High School or Bachelor’s degree
- P&C Licensed
- Commercial experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Customer service experience & attention to detail
