We're fresh off a seed round and backed by some of the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Oliver Jung, Bayhouse Capital,10x Founders, Amino Capital & Zillionize, House Capital, and many notable angels.
🏆 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team
- Assess the current business and pursue new growth channels
- Identify, engage and manage new sales opportunities
- Set a strategic sales roadmap
- Maintain up to date information on sales activities, sales pipeline, customers and contacts within CRM systems for individual and team reporting.
- Define internal processes for the sales team
- Establish monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets and deliver against them
- Collaborate closely with our CEO and Head of Ops to fuel rapid business growth
- Drive innovation back into the product roadmap through the delivery of key customer feedback

📈 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent
- Desire to work in an early-stage sales environment and lay the foundations of the company's sales strategies and processes
- History of success building sales teams at fast-growing companies
- Strong leadership and team building skills
🚀 Bonus Points
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise sales function and leading a high-performance sales team
- Previous experience in payroll / HR tech
- Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
