MobilityWorks is seeking an outgoing and energetic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and facilitate the sales functionality of the assigned locations within the South Eastern region. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy and is driven to provide best-in-class service to our community of wheelchair users. You will hone in on your customer service and management skills while also focusing on the sales goals of the region. As the leader and ambassador for the region, you will drive sales by building relationships while holding your team accountable. Your impeccable ability to network in the community will bring success and provide more clients with services needed as you continuously build lasting connections.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Regional Vice President to oversee all aspects of sales operations within assigned stores and deliver results.
- Ensure flawless executive of the sales playbook as implemented within assigned stores.
- Partner with the Organizational Development Team to track training, using training interventions as necessary.
- Effectively support communications regarding developed processes and procedures (ie the playbook) to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of future expectations from the sales team.
- Manage operational scorecards for assigned stores to ensure goal attainment.
- Report on consolidated scorecard metrics for assigned stores to further identify areas of opportunity.
- Support identified areas with corrective action plans.
- Team with Regional Vice President and other functional leaders to leverage corporate support to ensure attainment of goals assigned.
- Identify/monitor stores/sales reps that are not hitting agreed upon targets.
- Team with the HR Department to support hiring top talent for our sales team as necessary.
- Embrace change and become a catalyst for continuous improvement.
- Maximize employee competencies and maintain excellent work relationships within the organization.
- Travel within assigned stores to audit compliance with identified processes, influence business and support any openings to ensure minimal interruption to district sales.
Top Candidates will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful supervisory experience.
- Strong value system and the highest level of personal and professional integrity.
- Ability to operate in high growth, entrepreneurial environment with integration and assimilation of acquired entities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and provide decision-making leadership to effectively influence others, champion and implement ideas.
- Demonstrated staff mentoring and development skills.
- Automotive Management is preferred, but not required – Simply experience with, and skill in, multi-unit management and a spirited nature is what we are looking for in our next amazing hire!
