Sales Coordinator- IBC
National Retail Sales (NRS) Convenience
As the Sales Coordinator, you are a critical part of the team and will provide comprehensive, reliable, high quality sales support to our National Retail Sales (NRS) Convenience Retail (CR) team. You will be responsible for facilitating team meetings, WebEx sessions, and supporting execution excellence with our bottling partners. In addition, completing and maintaining sales and trade data, customer profiles, and supporting National Account Executives with administrative requirements involved with setting up a new customer or adding a current SKU to the customer’s product portfolio.
You will also prepare responses to requests for quotations, coordinate inquiries regarding order status, ship date, price quotes, availability, and related questions. You will prepare basic sales reports and recaps of shipments, bookings, backlogs, and related activities, and will work to resolve other related items as needed.
What you will do:
- Support administrative functions for IBC co-op nationally.
- Support team with new store processing, equipment transfer requests, and manage daily interaction with field teams.
- Support account creation/updates from end to end process: submission of requests to update or create accounts, process new account documents, review SAP progress, and ensure follow-thru with teams.
- Process EMO or Missing Asset forms with thorough review and follow-up with field.
- Routine updates on IBC recap file with timely communication.
- Customer communication on status and completion of requests.
- Routine data cleansing on quarterly basis.
- Provide product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
- Create and Manage database of Customer Agreement, CMAs and other contracts.
- Complete other sales support duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively to internal team members and external customers.
- Work cross-functionally with DSD field leaders.
