DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the Fire, EMS and industrial safety equipment distribution business, is looking for a self-motivated individual that works well as part of a team to grow our sales division. In this position you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated territory and/or channel of existing accounts and prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employ a consultative sales approach and provide service solutions via outbound calling and written communications (proposals, e-mails, quotes).
- Promote DiVal value-added selling techniques to channel partners within territory.
- Responsible for customer quality complaint resolution from input to the communication of resolution.
- Manage, retain, and maintain a book of customer accounts (account base provided).
- Maintain revenue through proactive outbound phone calls to assigned accounts.
- Achieve monthly call volumes and pipeline and revenue targets.
- Must build and maintain product and industry knowledge.
- Responsible for attending scheduled training sessions on new products, services, pricing, procedures.
- Success criteria for this position include consistent volume of telephone contacts, accuracy of information obtained, quality and volume of opportunities/appointments generated, and meeting annual sales quotas.
- Maintain complete and comprehensive information in the CRM database.
- Communicating with customers by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong customer relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
