Oliver Inc. is seeking a "hunter" mentality, passionate Sales Representative to service existing customers and earn prospective customers through the company's offering of products and services. The Sales Representative is responsible to seek out new revenue sources and constantly find ways to increase awareness of our company, our world-class printing/packaging services, and our commitment to speed, flexibility, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for applying the Company's Core Values and business strategies to potential sales channels and develop new growth opportunities in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
- Work effectively with functional areas of business to ensure the customer remains top priority.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
- Drive sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion of new business opportunities.
- Develop sales projections and sales goals for the annual sales budget. Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products and follow-up on any issues related to an account.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (3) years of sales experience (printing/packaging experience preferred).
- High school diploma required. College degree a plus.
- Remarkable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of a variety CRM platforms.
- Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and handle shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Strong critical thinking, using testing, data and analytics to make informed and educated decisions.
