About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Apply the Company's Core Values and business strategies to potential sales channels and develop new growth opportunities in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
- Work effectively with functional areas of the business to ensure the customer remains the top priority.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers that translate into improved financial success and market share growth.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation, and successful conclusion of new business opportunities.
- Develop sales projections and sales goals for the annual sales budget, meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products and follow up on any issues related to an account.
Note: This role is remote, but the candidate should be located in either North Carolina or South Carolina. The position will require periodic travel for meetings, training, and events.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of Sales Representative if your background includes:
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience (experience in folding cartons/fiber-based packaging preferred).
- A high school diploma (college degree a plus).
- Remarkable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and comprehension of various CRM platforms.
- The ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle shifting priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Critical thinking skills, using testing, data, and analytics to make informed and educated decisions.
