We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help streamline processes between our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth execution across contracts, vendor requests, and more.
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Investigative Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will monitor our contractor network to ensure market health, maintain high-quality services, identify negative trends, and serve as the primary contact for issues requiring in-depth investigation and potential escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate Deactivation Requests:
- Analyze deactivation requests and make recommendations.
- Gather information from both customers and contractors regarding reported issues.
- Handle requests from contractors wishing to be removed from the platform
- Assist contractors with the insurance procedures.
- Process Reactivation Requests:
- Evaluate reactivation requests from contractors seeking to return to the platform.
- Determine if additional onboarding or updates are required, or if the request should be denied.
- Monitor Contractor Network:
- Regularly review the contractor pool to identify individuals who may require warnings or immediate deactivation.
- Identify opportunities to recruit higher-quality contractors, especially in markets with low volume or specific skill shortages.
- Ensure that services in deactivated markets are appropriately managed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in analytics, investigations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Strong mediation skills for handling sensitive topics and escalations effectively.
- Highly organized with a solid understanding of team dynamics and internal responsibilities.
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing data reports.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
