As a Director of Partnerships:
MANTL is seeking a dynamic Director of Partnerships to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing the strategic direction of our partnerships to drive meaningful revenue and cost savings. You will work across a wide array of situations and partner types, ensuring alignment with company strategy, and developing deep, lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in partnerships or related fields, and a proven track record of establishing the function and growing it to success.
About You:
- You have 7+ years of experience in partnerships or related fields.
- You have a proven track record: proven experience managing multi-faceted relationships with a variety of strategic partners, including large complex organizations, and demonstrated success in driving revenue and cost savings.
- You are a strategic thinker: strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- You are a strong lead: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- You are very data-driven: Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to identify and effectively prioritize the highest value partners and activities.
- You are relationship focus: Passion for building trusted relationships within partner organizations to understand their needs and deliver exceptional products that drive meaningful value.
