The Team
We’re a mighty group of ~100 passionate individuals excited about building a product that professional services and customer onboarding teams and leaders love. We have raised $21M (and we rapped about it!) in funding led by 8VC, Matrix Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.
What You'll Do?
- Have a deep understanding of the Rocketlane platform and competitive landscape.
- Lead technical discovery and deliver presentations that explain Rocketlane’s offering to prospective customers.
- Understand prospect’s functional/ technical wishlist and showcase how Rocketlane can meet and beat the wishlist
- Create and deliver tailored demos that can showcase the wishlist, and the uniqueness of the Rocketlane platform.
- Own and execute proof of concepts (POCs)
- Respond to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs
- Convey feature inputs and customer requirements to the Product team
- Handle technical and functional objections
What Makes You Qualified?
- 2-3 years of experience in a Pre Sales & Solutioning role in a SaaS startup environment
- Demonstration of critical product and consumer thinking during his/her career.
- Has a good understanding of APIs and a good ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.
- Outstanding technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
- Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually
- Customer obsessed mindset with a knack for understanding and solving problems.
- Flexible to work in the Night shift
