We are looking for an Influencer Specialist (Senior Account Executive level) to join our Influencer team. This person will demonstrate a true passion for and understanding of influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms and how they can be leveraged as part of our clients' strategies. You will help create influence strategy, contribute to campaign development, manage influencer identification and procurement, and conduct reporting. This is an opportunity to push boundaries and never accept the status quo when it comes to creative programs, brand campaigns or other marketing initiatives and have an impact on our influencer team.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class influencer marketing assistance specific to brand target consumer and marketing objective
- Identification, outreach, negotiation, project management and measurement of influencer programs.
- Create influencer briefing books for each partnership in collaboration with clients
- Establishing timelines and content deployment
- Influencer trainings and asset management
- Working with teams to ideate and execute multi-platform influencer programs leveraging trends and data driven insights
- Develop concepts and programs for a diverse client roster across different industries
- Partner with client and account teams across different functions to deliver impactful results
- Developing campaign reports across influencer and social by tracking and optimizing content (both paid and organic)
- Push boundaries and never accept the status quo when it comes to creative programs, brand campaigns or other marketing initiatives
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends across diverse audiences including millennial and Gen Z demographics - sharing your knowledge/learnings with a broader audience
Experience That Contributes To Your Success
- 2-4+ years of experience with a focus in the consumer influencer space; agency experience ideal
- Expert in both social platform and influencer nuances as it relates to strategy, influencer tiers, and verticals
- Ability to assess a client's overall marketing mix and develop scaled multidimensional influencer programs (including paid, e-commerce, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $40,000 to $85,000.
