Sales Coordinator - Away From Home (AFH)
Overview
The Away From Home (AFH) team is recruiting for a new role within our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sr Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate and provide strategic administrative support for the National Sales (NSM) and Account Management (NAM) teams. This role will work in a hybrid environment that supports the KAD and Food Service channels of the AFH Division. It will further provide the person with opportunities to work cross functionally across KDP Canada’s internal departments as well as each divisions’ customer network. Role is office based and will require travel within Canada and at times to the US.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance assigned processes related to trade spend and customer communications
- Coordinate technical and analytics information requests from AFH management team and conduct analysis of data. (Identifying key insights, YOY sales impacts and trends to help inform our sales strategies on a monthly/quarterly basis)
- Support customer networks with key communications.
- Populating sales presentation templates
- Lead generation management
- Represent sales in internal cross functional meetings and track/present initiatives back
- Assist in preparation, compilation and organizing of promotional materials events and sales meetings.
- Coordinate product technical information requests
- Cross functional liaison for AFH Sales needs
