The Impact
As a GTM Growth Associate at Method, you’ll be a key player in fueling our sales and growth. Reporting into our Head of Sales, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team and be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales opportunities. You’ll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company. This is an opportunity to develop both your sales acumen and technical expertise, setting you on the path to a thriving GTM-oriented career in fintech.
What you'll do
- Qualify leads by deeply understanding their needs through consultative sales strategies
- Drive pipeline growth with strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold calling, email, etc.)
- Conduct research to uncover insights that enhance prospecting strategies and position Method as a trusted partner
- Take ownership of key tools like Outreach, Clay, and Sales Navigator, ensuring optimal usage to maximize outreach efficiency

The annual US base salary range for this role is: $60,000 - $70,000 + on-target variable (OTV)
