Landed is looking to grow our team of business consultants, responsible for managing our customer relationships. Your day to day work will involve interfacing with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams of top hospitality and restaurant brands in the world. Through owning onboardings, helping clients refine their hiring funnel, and working inside of the Landed product to deliver results, you‘ll nurture successful relationships and help customers understand our value.
This role combines account management, product management, relationship building and data analytics skills. Customer Success Managers champion the customers needs and work cross-functionality with our entire team (including our founder). As someone working both strategically and tactically with our customers, you‘ll be in the best position to gain insights on our product and market — helping us to shape our roadmap and make improvements across business operations.

The Responsibilities -Onboard new clients and work with them to develop goals -Educate clients on the Landed Employer product and process and coach them through their recruiting efforts -Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations -Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback -Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience -Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale -Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers -Upsell customers
An Ideal Candidate would have: -Have a bachelor's degree -Have 2+ years of account management, sales, customer-facing experience -Have consistently achieved revenue targets -Have excellent communication and organization skills -Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously -Have high EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers -Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment -Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process -Are thorough and drive projects to completion
