About this Role:
As Sales Enablement Coordinator, this individual will help drive effectiveness and efficiency of the sales and customer success teams in partnership with the broader global sales enablement team. This position requires strong organizational capabilities, effective communication and writing skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to work as part of a fast-paced team.
Job Description:
- Craft and execute clear and actionable communications from sales enablement to the sales and customer success teams, leveraging Forrester’s internal social tools, through the development of internal newsletters, and partnering with the chief sales officer on their internal communication strategy.
- Orchestrate the forward-looking global sales and customer success enablement calendar.
- Coordinate and project manage logistics for global sales and customer success meetings and learning sessions, including sales kickoff, virtual meetings, and those conducted in offices.
- Manage invitations and attendance for trainings, analyzing and communicating learning engagement with sales leadership, and collecting session feedback from attendees.
- Organize, catalog, and keep current sales enablement content across Forrester’s intranet and learning management system.
- Partner with marketing to improve findability and usability of client-facing and enablement content.
- Provide general administrative support for the global sales enablement team.
Job Requirements:
- A BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong discipline in processing and operations.
