Description:
HiFi Travel is seeking to hire a Senior Account Executive to generate new business and oversee pre-existing client accounts in the collegiate market. This role will collaborate closely with the leadership, lead generation, supply management, and operations teams to manage the sales process from start to finish.
This is a in-office position that requires 5 days per week in the Chicago corporate office.

HiFi Travel is a collegiate events and travel company specializing in destination formals. Organizing trips to over 50 cities for 100+ universities and 160,000+ students per year throughout the United States and Canada, HiFi Travel is the largest collegiate formal planner in the country. Our core services include hotel room blocks, charter bus transportation, event planning, and club access.
A day in the life as a Senior Account Executive:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Travel to universities and host campus activations to market the brand.
- Manage performance. Track and report critical metrics data in our CRM.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Work with your managers and team to regularly forecast and set goals for your markets.
- Forecast inventory needs based on deal flow, trends, and market fluctuations.
- Build and create customized travel packages, personal to each client.
- Hire and mentor campus directors who generate potential client leads.
- Manage events on site to ensure safety and enjoyment for clients.

Compensation and benefits:
- Up to $115,000 in total comp (base + commission)
- 50% match on health, vision, and dental
- 401k 50% match up to a maximum of 6%
