You will help our team grow with this rising demand and have a real impact on the most important law firms in the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and maintain strategic accounts lists, supporting a designated region and ICP.
- Research and identify the best entry points into large law firms, connecting with early champions to create meaningful opportunities for the sales team.
- Effectively manage personalized and effective outreach campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure ICP alignment and ROI.
- Conduct engaging discovery calls with qualified inbound leads, helping marketing better understand the customer journey and refining the lead pipeline.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance using data to drive innovation in outreach strategies.
- Build a strong working relationship with sales and marketing leadership to fully understand the long and short-term GTM vision, and proactively ensure campaign and outreach strategies align with department priorities.
- Support ongoing sales and marketing experiments, contributing new ideas and driving initiatives that push the team forward.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly meeting targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success

What We’re Looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Data-driven and proactive: Comfortable using data to guide outreach strategies and eager to take ownership of internal operations, tools, and reporting systems, with opportunities to refine and improve processes.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable: Familiarity with key sales tools such as SalesForce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay etc. You don’t need to know them all—what matters is your willingness to learn and grow.
- Location: Ideally based in or near New York City
- SaaS or startup experience is a bonus: Experience in fast-paced environments or in professional services and legal tech is a plus, but we're excited to hear how your unique background can contribute to our team!

The base salary for this role is $65,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $80,000 to $90,000
