What You’ll Be Doing As an SDR at Aktos, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You will work directly with our CEO and founder. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, working to generate interest, qualify leads, and set up our sales team for success.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Use tools like Copper (CRM), Apollo.io, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and email campaigns to identify and engage potential customers.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule demos with our Account Executives.
- Conference Support: Help represent Aktos at industry conferences, connecting with prospects and evangelizing our solutions.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to targeted lists, introducing Aktos and identifying fit.
- Pipeline Management: Keep detailed records in our CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and the CEO to refine messaging, improve outreach, and close deals.
- Continuous Learning: Learn from your mistakes and inevitable customer rejections.

- A proven track record in outbound sales or customer-facing roles.
