Conventional support platforms, built for other industries, often overlook the complexities of property management. Teams have been forced to navigate a scattered toolset—one for ticketing, another for customer success, and yet another for channel management, leading to inefficiencies and disjointed service.
HostAI was born from this gap in the market—a gap where general support tools have overlooked real estate’s unique needs in favor of e-commerce and generic customer deflection service models.
About the role:
HostAI is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a full cycle Account Executive to help accelerate our growth. In this role, you'll focus on prospecting, engaging, and closing deals, working closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and qualify potential customers for HostAI. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first closer at HostAI outside of the co-founders.

Compensation: $160k+ OTE
What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert on HostAI's products and understand the competitive landscape
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting and initial outreach to product demos, negotiations, and expansions
- Collaborate with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level executives to drive HostAI adoption
- Develop, enhance, and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to create playbooks, processes, scripts, and other resources for scaling growth
- Represent HostAI at industry conferences worldwide
- Work with the team from a beautiful office in the Financial District, San Francisco 5 days a week
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of closing deals between $15-50k/year
- Familiar with CRM software and sales engagement tools
