Position Overview
We are a fast-growing real estate technology company revolutionizing how agents, landlords, and tenants manage the entire rental process. Our platform streamlines everything from tenant screening to lease signing, making renting easier, faster, and more transparent. As we expand into brokerage partnerships, we are looking for a Director of Brokerage Partnerships to build and scale this new growth channel.
We are looking for a driven, strategic, and execution-focused leader to own the expansion of our partnership strategy into real estate brokerages. This person will spearhead our efforts to penetrate the brokerage channel, working cross-functionally with product and marketing to ensure our offering gains widespread adoption.
This is a new initiative for us, and we need a driven, strategic, and execution-focused leader who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment and is excited to test, learn, and iterate quickly. In addition to driving brokerage partnerships, this role will closely collaborate with our Client Success team to ensure we achieve shared goals.
This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to build something from the ground up and who thrives in both strategic and execution-oriented work.
What You'll Do
- Develop & Execute the Brokerage Sales Strategy
- Own the initiative to make brokerages a successful partnership channel, from thesis to execution.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to define how we solve brokerages' needs.
- Develop a go-to-market plan for brokerages, leveraging existing products and identifying necessary improvements.
- Launch proof-of-concept partnerships, iterate based on feedback, and scale a repeatable brokerage acquisition model.
- Roll up your sleeves to execute—this is not a hands-off strategy role.
- Own & Drive Revenue Growth
- Take full ownership of brokerage sales targets, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Identify new opportunities, test sales approaches, and iterate quickly based on results.
- Work closely with marketing and client success to develop brokerage-specific messaging and campaigns.
- Test, Learn & Scale Fast
- Operate with a start-up mindset—move fast, test strategies, and adjust based on real-world feedback.
- Develop pilot programs with brokerages, track key metrics, and optimize the sales approach.
- Share insights with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and scale brokerage partnerships.
- Build & Lead a High-Performance Sales Culture
- Act as a player-coach, closing deals while also setting up processes and eventually expanding the team as this revenue channel grows.
- Lead with urgency, accountability, and execution, ensuring we are always moving forward.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure brokerages see maximum value from our platform.
- Lead and manage a small high-performing team as you scale the brokerage initiative

What You Bring
- Proven Sales Leadership in Real Estate Tech or SaaS
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience in proptech, real estate SaaS, or brokerage partnerships.
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and building new sales channels from scratch.
- Experience leading and inspiring high-performing partnerships teams
- Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building
- Ability to engage, influence, and close senior brokerage decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to articulate value and tailor messaging to different brokerage audiences.
- Sense of Urgency & Results-Driven Execution
- You measure success by outcomes, not effort.

- Experience Scaling Sales in a Fast-Growth Environment
- You’ve worked in a fast-growing start-up or high-growth sales environment and know what it takes to scale from zero to one.
- Experience developing and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
