Customer Solutions Manager, Productivity Team
As a Customer Solutions Manager on the Productivity Team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers optimize their development workflows. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working with CTOs and Developer Experience Teams to implement automation strategies that drive efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps, automation, and AI, along with strong customer-facing skills to engage both executives and hands-on practitioners.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted consultant for customers, guiding them through productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with customers to understand their development goals and translate them into structured milestones for productivity improvement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Customer Solution Architects to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
- Drive adoption of LinearB’s automation, bots, and AI-driven tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Engage with both executive leadership and hands-on technical teams, adapting your approach to different audiences.
- Analyze customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements using LinearB’s platform.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmaps and feature enhancements based on real-world usage and feedback.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing activities to maximize customer success.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in DevOps, automation, and AI to ensure customers receive cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with CTOs, Developer Experience Teams, or engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, software development workflows, and automation best practices.
- Experience implementing AI-driven productivity solutions is a plus.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills, with the ability to navigate both executive-level and hands-on technical discussions.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for customers.
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, or a related technical field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value effectively.
- Familiarity with LinearB’s platform or similar DevOps productivity tools is a plus.
