Role Description
● Drive Sales Growth: Identify, target, and engage with potential customers across various industries. Develop and execute strategies to build a strong pipeline and close new business, contributing directly to the company's growth.
● Solution Selling: Understand customers' business objectives and technical needs. Leverage your understanding of networking, network security, and NaaS solutions to demonstrate how Nile’s offerings can solve their challenges and deliver operational efficiencies.
● Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building deep relationships and providing expert insights into Nile's solutions. Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings that effectively showcase the benefits of our services.
● Value Proposition: Communicate Nile’s value proposition clearly and compellingly to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives. Address objections and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
● Collaborative Partnerships: Work in tandem with internal teams, including sales engineering, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless experience for clients from first engagement through implementation.
● Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in the networking, network security, or SaaS industries.
● Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on solution-based selling.
● Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in simple terms and clearly articulate the benefits of Nile’s offerings.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
