Position: Sales Professional
Location: New York Metro
Preferred Base: New Jersey
Travel: Daily throughout the territory, with occasional overnight stays
Compensation: $80-120k including base salary, bonus, commission. Vehicle stipend.
What You’ll Do:
- Ignite Sales Growth: Drive sales of ARDEX and Henry products, surpassing targets in your territory.
- Lead the Charge: Identify and capture new business opportunities, fueling your success.
- Showcase Excellence: Launch and promote new products with hands-on demos, presentations, and professional displays.
- Foster Connections: Forge strong relationships with partner distributors, contractors, architects, and key influencers.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Offer unparalleled field service and support, from job start assistance to training.
- Deliver Solutions: Provide technical recommendations, leveraging our expert team to deliver the best.
- Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and execute sales action plans that lead to success.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our technical, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead with Integrity: Represent ARDEX as an industry leader, embodying our 'customer first' approach

Experience and Skills:
- Solid outside sales experience
- Deep understanding of flooring installation systems - tile installation is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen with an eye for architectural specifications and design elements.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a solution-driven, customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to close sales and confidently deliver product presentations.
- A clean driving record and the ability to travel daily in the territory.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for physically demanding fieldwork.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
- A four-year college degree is preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant industry experience.
