Acclinate seeks a highly motivated and experienced Community Account Manager to join our growing Community Operations team and expand the reach and impact of NOWINCLUDED.As a Community Account Manager, you will nurture relationships with sponsors to drive impactful health outcomes for the NOWINCLUDED community. With a community-first mindset, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering results and supporting the team’s goal of providing health opportunities to over 1 million community members.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that build affective trust across key metros.
- Work with the team to execute key account deliverables across the NOWINCLUDED platform.
- Serve as an external-facing resource, providing guidance, support, and answers to questions about Acclinate’s NOWINCLUDED community platform and its offerings.
- Review and edit project assets to ensure compliant and engaging materials throughout the community engagement process.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of community efforts.
- Support key accounts' operational performance, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence.
- Support the project team, which consists of project managers and team leads, in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key account partners.
- Represent the community team across external and internal communications as it relates to project-related engagement efforts.
- Proactively address and resolve any community-related issues, conflicts, or complaints, ensuring value add for research sponsors and other clients.
- Assist the business operations team in establishing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of key account staff, product offerings, disease states of interest, and clinical trial diversity goals.
- Identify potential growth opportunities across key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of healthcare experience with 1-2 years leading client accounts.
- Familiarity with IRB and other regulatory processes.
- Fully understands the healthcare landscape and actively stays up-to-date on marketplace trends and competitor news through the lens of key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with community management tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics.
- Superior organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a community-first approach.
