Healthie is hiring a Partnerships Success Associate that will oversee and manage the day to day operations and success of our Marketplace Partners at Healthie. Reporting to the VP of Marketplace, you will be hands-on in the implementation, go-to-market, and ongoing management of our Product Partnerships. You will be responsible for the retention of partners and growth of partner activations among Healthie’s customer base, meeting quarterly and annual KRs and KPIs. You will collaborate with success, support, product and engineering teams to understand our customer’s needs and present win-win scenarios for Healthie’s customer base and our partners.
What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:
Partner Management & Support
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketplace to refine partner management processes and ensure partners are supported in go-to-market efforts and ongoing interactions.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and manage day-to-day operations for a designated list of marketplace partners, fostering high internal satisfaction and understanding.
- Build strong rapport with cross-functional teams (success, support, sales) and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
- Increase partner NPS and drive growth in customer adoption of marketplace partners.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Structure the partnership success process, including updates, meeting cadences, go-to-market facilitation, and webinar support, while identifying opportunities for partner-driven market expansion.
- Identify and address product gaps that new partners could fill, and flag key results (KRs), customer challenges, and solutions for ongoing improvement.
- Drive revenue by ensuring 100% collection of marketplace fees and increasing consistency in KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
- Attend conferences and events to represent the marketplace and support strategic growth initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication
- Interface with customers and Customer Success Managers to align partner solutions with client needs, enhancing marketplace value.
- Support cross-functional teams by joining customer-facing calls and facilitating communication between partners and internal teams.
- Participate in the acquisition of new partners, leveraging collaboration with the Director of Marketplace to expand the partner ecosystem.
- Ensure positive feedback from peers and team members by maintaining transparent and effective communication across all levels.
Requirements:
- Partnership Management - 3+ years of managing partnerships with relationship management/sales within B2B SaaS companies
- Health-Tech Knowledge - Experience in digital health/health-tech including knowledge of provider-facing tools
- Quota Achievement - Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Technical Acumen - Some technical knowledge, a basic knowledge of APIs
- Tool Proficiency - Experience with software tools and platforms like Salesforce, Notion, Monday, Partnerfleet, and HelpScout
- Project Management - Strong project management skills to facilitate the smooth roll-out of new partners
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong cross-functional experience collaborating with Customer Success Managers to identify areas of opportunities for partners
- Analytical Problem-Solving - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Logistics
Location: NYC, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
This is a full-time position.

The base salary for this role is $78,000 - $88,000 per year + annual company bonus and benefits
The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
