** We are seeking our Sales Engineer to join Escape’s NY office and play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy. As the bridge between our business and tech teams, you’ll be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they’re getting the most out of our platform. Reporting directly to our CEO Tristan Kalos and US Director Hanna Givelber, you’ll support customers in understanding, using, and resolving technical issues with Escape’s platform, while collaborating closely with the Sales, Product and Engineering Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in configuring and installing the platform, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring successful implementation
- Develop and maintain strong relation with customers to discuss their needs, provide technical support and gather feedback.
- Educate customers on best practices and optimal use of the product while keeping them informed of new features and product updates
- Work in tandem with the Sales Team to maintain the satisfaction of the client and upsell the account
- Collaborate with the Tech & Product Teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and shape the roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Proven Professional: You have 3+ years of experience in a deep tech environment. Previous 1 or 2 years experience in consulting is a real plus.
- Technical Background: You have a strong understanding of software or SaaS products, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Customer-Oriented: Passionate about helping clients succeed, with excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Able to quickly identify issues and work through solutions independently or with the support of the engineering team.
- Team Player: Collaborates well with other teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
