About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrative Assistant to support our NH EDI team and VT sales team. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits programs and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- EDI Support:
- Assist with data mapping and testing of new EDI transactions
- Resolve EDI errors and discrepancies
- Generate and analyze EDI reports
- Sales Support:
- Create sales presentations and marketing materials
- Update customer information in Salesforce
- Assist with quoting and proposal development
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Manage employee benefit records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and insurance carriers
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in the employee benefits industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits plans and regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
