KAJA Payments is a Merchant Services company that offers payment processing technology to business owners who accept credit and debit cards as a form of payment. We are looking for strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly driven individuals to help propel our expansion. As an Account Executive (“AE”), you will be responsible for the outreach, growth and development of new clients in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments and make effective qualifying sales calls through outbound calling/telemarketing activities
- Work collaboratively with sales directors and administrative staff to effectively prospect and close new accounts
- Maintain relationships and service clients
- Meet daily and monthly sales performance targets
- Accurately enter all information into internal CRM
- Learn about the payments ecosystem and sales methods through in-house training
About you:
- Perfect for someone with +2 years of sales experience that is looking to take that next step in their career in a position that offers significant upward mobility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - outgoing, personable and energetic
- Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone and in person
- Competitive, ambitious and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed
- Receptive to feedback and highly coachable with a willingness to learn
- No previous payments experience is required - we teach payments and sales knowledge in-house
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelors degree
- +2 years of previous sales experience
Compensation:
- 1st year earning potential - $80k-$110K
- 2nd year earning potential - $90k-$140k
- Uncapped commission
