How you'll make an impact
Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform is trusted by global enterprises(Fortune 1000) to revolutionize corporate travel management. This role is pivotal, with high demand from corporate enterprises. Enterprises approach us to explore our solutions and evaluate how we fit into their organizations. As Spotnana scales its partnership programs, the Enterprise Sales Director will be critical in educating the market, driving business growth, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Corporate Enterprise segment.
This role will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, Product Customer Success and Revenue Operations, to deliver outstanding outcomes for our enterprise customers and partners.
What you'll own
- Execute the Enterprise Go-To-Market Plan: Execute and iterate on the GTM strategy to address corporate enterprise needs.
- Achieve Growth and Revenue Targets: Exceed ambitious growth and revenue targets.
- Enterprise Customer Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with TMC partners to develop a streamlined strategy for acquiring Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with VP of Partnerships: Work closely to align business plans and jointly support partners in selling Spotnana’s platform.
- Pitching & Demoing: Present Spotnana’s capabilities to prospective clients and facilitate connections with the right TMC partners.
- Inbound Inquiries & Demand Generation: Manage inbound interest and collaborate with Marketing to create targeted demand generation programs, focusing on BTN 100 accounts.
- Partner with GTM Leaders: Support GTM leaders within partner organizations to drive sales and align resources for mutual success.
- Collaborate with Product & Customer Success: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and deliver value.
- Pipeline & Sales Execution: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with partners and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Experience to bring with you
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota
- 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS, tech and/or travel sales
- Experience developing new business relationships with Global and Enterprise sized accounts
- Experience selling with (co-selling) and through (re-selling) channel partners
- Experience selling to and/or partnering with corporate Travel Management Companies
- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $175,000 - $225,000
