Position Overview
Ever is searching for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to drive our vision of making electric vehicles a mainstream choice. As an Electric Car Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the latest EV models and ensuring a delightful purchasing experience.
Expected hours: 8 hour shifts, weekends included. No fewer than 40 hours per week.
Experience Level: 0-8 years of sales experience preferred.
Pay: $90,000 - $240,000 per year / Supplemental pay types may include bonus opportunities and/or commission pay.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Guide customers through the EV purchasing process, addressing inquiries and providing insightful information. Respond to leads quickly and effectively.
Sales Excellence: Showcase and demonstrate EV features to potential buyers. Conduct test drives and highlight the unique benefits of our electric vehicles. Work towards monthly sales targets and objectives.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest EV models, features, and industry trends. Clearly articulate the value proposition of electric vehicles.
Documentation and Compliance: Assist customers with the necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and standards. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Forms is required.
